Joe Lochner
Joe earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. Joe has worked at numerous design firms specializing in everything from architectural and landscape design to marketing and advertising, and graphic projects. He currently works for the Ramsey Conservation District designing stormwater management (green) infrastructure. In addition, Joe taught as an adjunct professor of design at the University of Minnesota’s Graduate College of Design.
